As Christmas approaches and Americans still struggle to afford goods and services, many are asking for another stimulus check between $1,000 and $2,000 dollars.
Twitter users are using the platform as a way to appeal to President Joe Biden to give struggling people more help.
Some ask for a new check, while others ask for recurring payments.

Your one-time $1,400 incentive check didn’t give citizens enough money to cause inflation. That was barely enough for a month’s rent, and that was almost a year ago. Please stop pretending we’re still living off it. Thank you.

PLEASE submit a $1,400 Stimulus Check ASAP! Only in this way can families pay for the holiday. @POTUS @AOC @JoeBiden @SenSchumer @SenEWarren @SenMitchMcConnell @SenBernieSanders @Bernie Sanders @Sen_JoeManchin

The federal government has distributed three checks to those who meet certain income requirements.
The first was worth $1,200, followed by a check for $600 and ended with a check for $1,400.
A petition was signed by nearly three million Americans asking for another $2,000 stimulus check, but the likelihood of that happening is unlikely.
The petition calls for a check worth $2,000 to be given to adults and $1,000 to children, with recurring payments for the remainder of the pandemic.
