Another massive brawl breaks out between Panthers and Patriots

Training camp battles are not uncommon. Especially not during joint training sessions between two teams who are both competing for a Super Bowl.

But for the second straight day, the Carolina Panthers and New England Patriots were involved in what can only be described as a brawl. It got so bad that several players on both sides were thrown out of practice.

As described by beat reporters on Twitter, the fight broke out as the defending end of the patriots took on Deatrich Wise Panthers who backed Christian McCaffrey hard at or near the boundary line. McCaffrey jabbed the ball to Wise, causing a huge scuffle between the teams. When all was said and done, Wise was ejected, as were Panthers running back Chuba Hubbard. Panthers safety Kenny Robinson was also kicked out a day after being kicked out for another fight.

There was also a fight during a return exercise, though it’s unclear if the two battles were linked.

Just another day at NFL training camps.
