Through a federally funded program, every adult in the United States is eligible for up to three free N95 masks.

Unlike the free COVID-19 fast tests at home, you can not order free N95 masks online. The program officially launched in late January, but many locations are still awaiting shipments. Please call your local pharmacies to inquire about availability. Yavapai County Community Health Services will publish more information online when the Community Health Center of Yavapai (CHCY) receives its shipments.

Yavapai County reports 345 COVID-19 cases and 25 deaths since Monday, February 14, 2022, including 52 new cases and eight deaths reported on Saturday, February 19th.

The county has tested 133,483 residents for COVID-19 in the past six months, and there have been 47,192 positive cases and 1,134 deaths since the beginning of the pandemic.

Yavapai Regional Medical Center reported 48 COVID patients per Friday, February 18, VVMC reported 18 patients and VA reported six patients.

The county is still experiencing high transmission of COVID-19 with a positivity rate of 18.6% and 259 cases per. 100,000 inhabitants in the week ending February 6, 2022. Anyone experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or what appears to be a bad cold should be tested for COVID-19 and / or the flu.

ADHS COVID-19 hotline at 844-542-8201 (select option no. 8) offers help in English and Spanish from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. seven days a week, excluding major holidays.

The YRMC Community COVID Vaccine Walk-In Center is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Frontier Village Center, Suite 49, 1781 E Highway 69 in Prescott.

The center offers COVID Moderna primary series and booster vaccines for adults over 18 years of age; no appointment is required.

YCCHS-free COVID-19 test centers in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Cottonwood and Verde Valley will be closed Monday, February 21, on the occasion of President’s Day.

Only those who are symptomatic or have recently been exposed to COVID-19 should come for testing and everyone at the test sites should wear a mask. Check the YCCHS Facebook page for cancellations due to extreme weather: www.facebook.com/YCCHS.

Drive-through testing is available at Pioneer Park Front Parking Lot, 1200 Commerce Drive, Prescott, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday-Friday. Currently only PCR tests are available but fast tests are coming soon.

Testing in Camp Verde is available from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday at 1298 W Finnie Flat Road. Currently, only PCR tests are available, but rapid tests are coming soon.
