CHARLESTON, W.Va. West Virginia Gov. Jim Justice has scheduled Monday’s virtual COVID-19 briefing for 6 p.m.

During his last briefingg, health officials mentioned that while West Virginia’s COVID-19 measurements are starting to move in a positive direction, the state is still a week or two after the fall seen nationally. “I do not understand how you can walk away from the booster shot. It’s a terrible choice,” especially for those over 50, “Gov. Justice said.
