COLUMBUS, Ohio — The Ohio Department of Health held a press conference to discuss COVID-19 in Ohio. The health briefing comes after the first case of the ommicron variant was identified Wednesday in California.
ODH Medical Director Dr. Bruce Vanderhoff was joined by:
- Andy Thomas, MD, Chief Clinical Officer of Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
- Steven Gordon, MD, Chairman, Cleveland Clinic Department of Infectious Disease
- Carri Warshak, MD, associate professor of obstetrics and gynecology, UC College of Medicine
