BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) – You can now carry your COVID-19 vaccine card anytime, anywhere much easier with the Oregon Health Authority’s new, voluntary electronic vaccine card.
To register for the card, you must enter your name, date of birth, telephone number or e-mail address and a personal PIN (Personal Identification Number). You will then receive a link to a QR code showing all the COVID-19 vaccines you have received in the state.
The electronic vaccine card is voluntary and the state has no plans to make it mandatory, according to the OHA.
California and Washington also have the option for residents to bring an electronic vaccine card.
