Romanian Senate chief Citu proposes to cut social security contributions to support wages

Leader of the Romanian Senate and leader of the Liberal Party (PNL) Florin Citu proposed to reduce the social security contribution by 5 percentage points (to 20%) as a temporary measure to increase employees’ net income during the expected difficult times.
