SEOUL, March 4 (Reuters) – South Korea reported a daily record of 266,853 new COVID-19 cases and records 186 deaths daily, the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency said Friday.

The country was moving forward with easing some restrictions on social distance when authorities announced on Friday that they would push a curfew for restaurants and cafes an hour back to noon.
