Eric Conn, aka “Mr. Social Security,” remains in jail for cheating Eastern Kentuckians out of social security services while his big break comes to you via Apple TV +.
From May 6, you can watch Conn’s story unfold in one document series in four parts by streaming it on Apple TV +, where the entire series will be released.
Conn, a prominent lawyer in eastern Kentucky, bid Social Security Administration out of nearly $ 600 million in disability payments. With headquarters in Stanville, Kentucky, Conn’s practice was registered as the third largest in the country in the early 2010s.

Conn was eventually indicted and pleaded guilty to stealing from Social Security and bribing a federal judge. He was sentenced to 12 years in prison, but a few weeks before his day in court, Conn fled the country.
He was later apprehended in a Pizza Hut in La Ceiba, Honduras, by the FBI attaché in San Salvador and the Honduran Technical Investigation Agency, who added 15 years to his sentence.
