Muscat: The Ministry of Social Development seeks to raise benefits for social security families and hopes that a proposal from the ministry to the government in this regard will be approved.

Her Excellency pointed out that the role of the Ministry of Social Development, which is one of the parties in this system, overlaps with the roles of several parties in determining the procedural steps for them, in line with what is hoped to achieve the objectives of this system. .

Her Excellence explained that the main goals of the social system are to target the groups most in need of support through the presence of many programs, either through cash contributions or subscriptions to the Social Protection Fund.
