A Trenton woman called police after receiving an unusual call from a man who said she had a package from Amazon and to make sure she was home to get it.
The call was made on March 30 from a man who said his name was Allen.
According to a police report, Allen knew all of her personal information, including the last four digits of her CPR number and address.
The report said he told the woman she needed to be in her residence to draw an iPhone 11 and a laptop.
They were said to be worth $ 5,200.
Allen said he worked for a Texas distribution center for Amazon.
The woman told police she called back at a later date and talked to someone, but when she started asking questions about the delivery, the person hung up.
She never received any kind of package.
The woman said she immediately canceled all her bank accounts and marked her credit accounts.
