WHO advisory group looks at ‘mix and match’ COVID-19 vaccines

GENVE, Dec. 7 (Reuters) – The World Health Organization group of advisory experts this week is considering evidence on COVID-19 heterologous vaccines, or mix-and-match vaccines, and will report their findings Thursday, a spokesman said Tuesday.

The independent experts will also look at “the Johnson & Johnson series – whether you need to have one dose or two doses,” WHO spokesman Margaret Harris told a UN briefing in Geneva.
